Receivership Management Fee

5% – 7% of Gross Monthly Revenue
based on property type, size, and complexity.

Asset Oversight Fees

• Initial Property Assessment: $500 – $1,500 (one-time fee based on property size).
• Monthly Operational Oversight: Included in management fee.

Maintenance and Repairs Management

5% – 10% of Major Repair Costs
Includes vendor coordination and project management.

Legal and Court Reporting Fees

• Financial Reporting: $250 – $500 per report (if not included in base fee).
• Court Appearances: $150 – $300 per hour.

Asset Liquidation Support

Property Sale Management: 3% – 6% of sale price.
