At Ocean’s Avenue Property Management, our pricing reflects the comprehensive services and expert management we provide to commercial property owners. We offer transparent, performance-based pricing tailored to your property’s unique needs.

Management Fee

3% – 6% of Monthly Rental Revenue based on property size, complexity, and service level.

Leasing Fees

New Tenant Placement: One month’s rent or 4% – 6% of the lease term value.

Lease Renewals: 25% – 50% of one month’s rent.

Maintenance Oversight

5% – 10% of Major Repair Costs

Coordination and management of large-scale repairs and renovations.

Additional Fees

• CAM Reconciliation: Annual fee based on property size and complexity.
• Financial Reporting: Included in management fee (additional for specialized reporting).
• Eviction Coordination: Flat fee for legal processing and coordination.
